First Sketch: Receive the initial sketch in 3-5 business days.
Final Coloring: After sketch approval, the final colored version will be delivered in another 3-5 business days.
📝 Revisions & Communication
Revisions: Each customer gets 2 free revisions during the sketch and coloring stages (total 2 revisions). Additional revisions can be requested for $30 per revision.
Communication: All updates, sketches, and revisions will be communicated through the email provided with your order.

1. How do I upload my reference photo?
After selecting your custom portrait option, you'll be prompted to upload your reference photo during the checkout process. Make sure the image is clear and represents the people or pets you'd like included in the portrait.
2. How many people or pets can I include in my portrait?
Each custom portrait can include up to 5 people or pets. If you need more than 5 subjects, please contact us directly for a custom order.
3. How long does the process take?
Once we receive your order and reference photo, the first sketch will be ready in 3-5 business days. After you approve the sketch, the final colored version will take another 3-5 business days to complete.
4. Can I request revisions to the portrait?
Yes, you are allowed 2 revisions—one during the sketch phase and one after coloring. If you'd like additional revisions, they are available for $30 per revision.
5. How will I receive updates and my final portrait?
All communication, including sketches, revisions, and final files, will be sent to the email address provided with your order. We will keep you informed at every stage of the process!
6. What is the size of the portrait?
Your custom portrait will be drawn at 8.5 x 11 inches, making it ideal for framing and displaying in your home.
7. What if I need more revisions?
