Renewal Terms:
• 3-Month Plan: Automatically renews for an additional 3-month term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• 6-Month Plan: Automatically renews for an additional 6-month term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You will receive an email reminder before your subscription renews.
Renewal Billing
Your renewal is billed on the 15th of the month following your last kit delivery from the previous subscription. You will be charged automatically on this date for the upcoming subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting our support team at hello@shoprongrong.com
Cancellation Deadlines
* To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before the 10th of the month.
* No partial refunds are issued for unused months remaining in a term once billing has occurred.
Shipping Policy
Processing & Ship Dates
Monthly kits are processed and shipped after the 15th billing date each month. You can expect your kit to ship within 3–5 business days of the billing date.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
• Domestic (US): Orders typically arrive within 5 days once shipped. We recommend allowing 5–10 business days total to be safe!
• International: Please allow 15–20 business days total for international orders.
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your kit has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before the 10th of the month to ensure your change is applied to that month's shipment. Address changes submitted after the 10th will take effect the following month.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your kit has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@shoprongrong.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will reship your kit at no additional charge.

Is there a holiday theme included in the subscription?
Our Monthly Planning Kit Subscription focuses on seasonal themes, not specific holidays.
This means you’ll receive designs inspired by the feel and mood of each season—such as cozy winter, fresh spring, or warm summer—rather than holiday-specific themes like Halloween or Christmas.
We intentionally keep holiday themes separate so we can give them extra attention through our dedicated holiday collections, which are released independently throughout the year.
