13/09/2026 I am truly disappointed in the packaging of these lovely products. My scrapbooking paper arrived all bent. Rongrong very kindly replaced the scrapbooking papers at no cost to me. The 2nd shipment was just in a padded envelope, arrived better than the 1st shipment, but still slightly bent. There is no carton protection to protect the scrapbooking paper. It would be a cost effective solution. I live outside of the USA and this seems to happen to international orders shipped from the new wear-house in China.
